An 8 week programme that teaches you mindfulness practices during pregnancy and early motherhood for staying balanced, healthy, and connected with your baby, even in difficult moments.
Held on Thursday mornings for the duration of the course.
A free for all and free to access antenatal discussion group which is positive about childbirth.
This is a place for ALL pregnant women – regardless of their background, experience or choices – to come together and share experiences, thoughts, feelings and insight about childbirth in a cosy, relaxed environment.
